At Storam, we are committed to providing high-quality storage products, including RAM, SSDs, and HDDs. All items sold on our website are brand-new and covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Please read the following policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

A. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If a product arrives non-functional, damaged, or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

We will assist you in verifying the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

B. Wrong Item Received

If the product you receive is different from what you ordered, notify us within 7 days, and we will replace it at no cost to you.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or physically damaged after delivery
  • Products missing serial numbers, labels, packaging, or accessories
  • Items that are outside the DOA period but still covered by manufacturer warranty

3. Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold by Storam are brand-new and include official manufacturer warranty, which varies by brand and product type.

Examples:

  • RAM: Typically 3–10 years warranty depending on brand
  • SSD: Usually 3–5 years warranty
  • HDD: Usually 1–3 years warranty

For warranty claims:

  • Storam will assist you in guiding the warranty process
  • Repairs or replacements are handled by the manufacturer, not by Storam
  • Shipping costs may vary depending on manufacturer policy

Storam does not provide in-house servicing or warranty beyond the manufacturer’s coverage.


4. Change of Mind

We do not accept “change of mind” returns because storage products are sensitive electronic components.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours
