All products sold by Storam are brand-new and covered by the original manufacturer warranty. Storam does not modify, extend, or reduce this warranty.


1. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Warranty terms vary depending on the brand and product:

RAM

Most RAM modules come with lifetime or 5–10 years manufacturer warranty.

SSD

Most SSDs include 3–5 years warranty or a TBW (Terabytes Written) limit.

HDD

Mechanical hard drives typically have 1–3 years warranty.

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Chip or controller failure
  • Premature component failure
  • Read/write errors caused by hardware faults
  • Firmware issues

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage
  • Improper installation
  • Overclocking or voltage modification
  • Water damage
  • Drops or shock damage
  • Damage caused by power surges
  • Missing serial numbers

4. How Warranty Claims Work

Warranty repairs and replacements are handled directly by the manufacturer.

Storam’s role:

  • Provide guidance on how to contact manufacturer support
  • Issue invoice copies and proof of purchase
  • Help confirm product serial numbers
  • Assist with claim documentation

We do not perform repairs or accept out-of-warranty items.
